Hill Heating and Cooling LLC runs this website. This page explains what happens to the information you send us through it. The short version: we use it to call you back about your heating, cooling or refrigeration, and for nothing else.

What the service request form collects

When you send a service request, the form collects what you type into it:

• your name and phone number
• your email address, if you choose to give it
• your town
• whether the equipment is at a home, business, plant or kitchen, and what kind of help you need
• your description of what the equipment is doing

It goes to Houston as an email so he can call you back. The website does not keep it in a database, and we never sell, rent or share it with anyone for marketing.

Who helps deliver it

The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which keeps short-term technical records such as IP addresses to keep the site running and to block abuse. Form requests are delivered by email through Resend, an email delivery service, which handles the message only to deliver it.

Visitor counts and cookies

We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics. It does not use cookies and does not follow you to other websites; it tells us things like how many people visited and how they found the site. This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies.

Phone calls

If you give us your phone number, we use it to answer your request. We won't add you to a marketing list or text you ads.
